The Downtown San Diego Condo market continues to remain strong. The median sales price in 2017 was $541,900 which represented a 7.3% increase from the previous year.
Although the number of condos sold decreased from 965 to 866 between 2017 to 2016, this is partially due to the lack of inventory in the marketplace. Bosa's Pacific Gate and Savina complexes have shown strong sales numbers at premium sales prices which will continue to strengthen the value for units at both Grande towers.
When comparing January-April this year to the same period in 2017, closed sales have increased by 25.2% and the median sales price has increased by 7.2%.
